Linda Moulton Howe

Linda Moulton Howe is an American investigative journalist and documentary filmmaker known for her work in the fields of environmental issues, ufology, and conspiracy theories. Born on January 20, 1942, in Boise, Idaho, Howe graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications.

She began her professional career in the early 1970s as a TV news producer, director, and documentary filmmaker. One of her most notable early works was the documentary “A Strange Harvest” (1980), which explored the phenomenon of animal mutilations and speculated on their possible connections to extraterrestrial life. This documentary won a Regional Emmy Award and brought Howe national attention.
