Gary E. Schwartz 

Gary E. Schwartz, Ph.D., is an American psychologist and author known for his controversial work in parapsychology, particularly research into life after death, mediumship, and the survival of consciousness. Schwartz obtained his Ph.D. in psychology from Harvard University and served as a professor at Yale University before moving to the University of Arizona, where he has been a professor of psychology, medicine, neurology, psychiatry, and surgery. He is also the director of the Laboratory for Advances in Consciousness and Health at the University of Arizona.

Schwartz’s work in parapsychology has attracted both support and criticism. Supporters praise him for his pioneering research into areas that challenge conventional scientific paradigms, while critics argue that his research lacks scientific rigor and has methodological flaws.
